About me

My name is Tim Smith (31) and I am Locksley Photography. I am based in Pershore, Worcestershire and have lived in this area all of my life.

I have a keen interest in many different types of photography but taking pictures of people, particularly on the happiest day of their lives, is a personal favourite. There is something special about capturing those special moments as they happen during a Wedding Day and thats what I aim to achieve with a Documentary style of photography. That being said, I’m happy to be creative and choreograph some beautiful pictures if the persons involved are happy to oblige.

Why “Locksley” I hear you ask? The name Locksley is one of my middle names and comes from my fathers side of the family. He’s actually one of the reasons why I love taking pictures. Ever since I can remember whilst growing up, he had an interest in automotive photography so its fitting that I use that name to represent my business.

Although getting inspiration from my father from young and being a hobbyist photographer for 15+ years, I am relatively new in the wedding photography side of the industry. I have gained some experience by shooting some weddings solo and also second shooting for an established wedding photographer in the West Midlands.
